March is Women's History Month. The authors over at Sweethearts of the West have been celebrating women like, Cattle Kate, Stagecoach Mary, Sierra Nevada Phillips, Lottie Deno, and Nellie Tayloe Ross to name a few. These women and many more played an integral part in developing our nation in numerous ways.
I'm guest-posting today about Molly Goodnight, Armstrong County, Texas pioneer and wife of Charles Goodnight. Molly embodied the strength and spirit that has made Texas an enduring example to the rest of the country.
I hope you'll join me at Sweethearts of the West, http://sweetheartsofthewest.blogspot.com/, to read about Molly and enjoy their beautiful site. Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing you there.
